Shipping policy

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your
return is processed. Woodyclaus is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages
lost in transit.
Undeliverable packages:
Undeliverable or refused packages are subject to return shipping cost that is based on
the shipping method used for the original order. Undelivered orders will be processed
as return. For that reason, please make sure your shipping address is valid before
checking out. A $9 charge will be applicable for undeliverable or returned orders that
were eligible and shipped via free ground shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping
service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive
your returned item.
