RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Thank you for shopping with Woodyclaus. While we hope that you will love your purchase, if for any reason it does not meet your expectations, you may return the item in its original and unused condition, within 14 days after delivery, for a refund or an exchange.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is incorrect or damage, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at contact@woodyclaus.com. Please keep the original box and packaging materials. We will email you a USPS label for returning the merchandise and replace the item, if available, upon receipt. The returned items will be replaced under the condition that they have not been used.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us via email at contact@woodyclaus.com to confirm that the new item is available. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for return and exchanges previously mentioned. Please make sure to indicate that you would like to exchange the item on the return form and what you would like to exchange it for. Since we offer free shipping when you put an order, you will be responsible for the return label.
PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS
Items shipped will must be placed in their original packaging. Please place the items and the original packaging inside a larger box.
RETURN PROCESS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
